About Paul Garmirian

Paul Garmirian is one of the most respected voices in the world of premium cigars. In 1990, he quite literally “wrote the book” with The Gourmet Guide to Cigars, the result of seven years of in-depth research—much of it conducted here at Georgetown Tobacco.

Soon after, Paul launched his own cigar line with us. Blended alongside legendary Davidoff master blenders Henke Kelner and Eladio Díaz, Paul Garmirian cigars are produced at the prestigious Davidoff Occidental factory.

Known for his uncompromising standards, Paul uses only well-aged, high-quality tobaccos and maintains consistent availability—defining what it truly means to be a boutique premium cigar brand that stands the test of time.

His full journey is chronicled in his memoir, The Road to Cigars.
