4th Generation – Batch 001 Virginia Oriental Flake

About This Pipe Tobacco:

The 4th Generation – Batch 001 Virginia Oriental Flake is part of the Fathers, Friends & Fire collection. This selection of blends celebrates the brotherhood among fellow pipe smokers who savor a favorite pipe bowl among fathers, sons and friends. Being at special occasions and just getting together for a pipe talk.

Batch 001 is a wonderfully balanced blend of top-grade, mature Carolina Virginias married with exotic Oriental leaf. Naturally sweet with a subtle, nostalgic room note, this Virginia Flake is the perfect all-day smoke.

About 4th Generation Pipes:

Erik Stokkebye is the 4th generation of the Stokkebye family in the tobacco business, which dates back to the 1800’s and Erik’s great-grandfather, Erik Peter. As a Danish family, 4th Generation pipes often take on the unique shapes and finishes for which Danish carvers are known— though Erik has worked with the best carvers in France and Italy, in addition to often partnering with our friend and his, Erik Nording.
