C-Pipe was born from founder Wilson Wang’s passion for the world of fine pipes. Before establishing the brand, Mr. Wang was a leading distributor of handmade European pipes throughout Asia. Immersed in the craftsmanship, culture, and heritage of pipe making, he set out to create a company that would bring those same traditions to his native Shanghai.
To ensure the highest standards, Mr. Wang invited a renowned Danish pipe carver to train his team in the art of handcrafting briar pipes. The result is a collection that reflects the precision of European craftsmanship while embracing C-Pipe’s own distinctive design philosophy. From elegant high-end pieces to exceptionally affordable handmade pipes, every C-Pipe is united by quality briar, thoughtful engineering, and creative design.
Away from the workshop, Mr. Wang spends two hours each day on the tennis court. The routine, he says, helps clear his mind, fueling the creativity and focus that continue to shape both his vision and the talented artisans behind every C-Pipe.
