What makes the Davidoff Yamasá Piramides special?

The Davidoff Yamasá Piramides continues Davidoff’s Explorer Series journey into tobaccos from unique regions. This blend features a beautiful Dominican wrapper grown in the Yamasá region that took years to develop and perfect. Combined with rich Nicaraguan fillers, the result is a rich, full-bodied cigar that is never overpowering but full of flavor.

Like everything Davidoff creates, the blend is well-balanced and the cigars are expertly constructed by rollers with at least ten years of experience. If you’re looking for a cigar that’s a bit different from the rest, give the Yamasá a try. It just might be your new favorite.

What does our staff think of the Davidoff Yamasá Piramides?

“Always one of my favorites as the blend is unique and fulfilling. Medium to full body with many interesting notes. Grown from a special crop in the DR that’s exclusive to Davidoff.”

David Berkebile · Georgetown Tobacco Founder · Est. 1964

Who is the Davidoff Yamasá Piramides best suited for?

Don’t let the term “full bodied” scare you off of any particular blend. Body does not equal strength. When we refer to body, we’re talking about the richness, mouthfeel, and perhaps the amount of spice in a blend. These blends are often best enjoyed after a great meal, when you can truly appreciate the complex character of the cigar.

Consider these factors before selecting any cigar: What’s the occasion? Who will you be with? What kind of mood are you in? Have you eaten? What will you be drinking with the cigar? Putting some thought into those questions will guide you towards the blends that best complement that moment in time.

What can you tell me about Davidoff?

Blending Caribbean passion with Swiss precision, Davidoff has been creating exceptional cigars in the Dominican Republic since 1991. No cigar maker pays more meticulous attention to every detail of the manufacturing process, from seed to finished cigar. Of the 225,000 seeds that come from a single tobacco plant, only 10% make it through Davidoff’s quality control. Each leaf undergoes weighing before rolling to ensure every blend contains the exact same proportion of ingredients. Davidoff’s cigar rollers must have ten years of experience before they can work on the White Label cigars. The white band is the difference.
