The Plasencia- Alma Fuerte Colorado Claro Eduardo I is a phenomenal medium-bodied Nicaraguan puro.  While made like the original black label Alma Fuerte cigars with a 10-year aging process, the vibrant Colorado Claro wrapper brings a bit of softness to this bold Nicaraguan blend.

The Eduardo I is a perfect, gently box-pressed toro shape made with the superb construction and easy draw we’ve come to expect from Plasencia.

About Plasencia:

The Plasencia family have been growing tobacco since emigrating to Cuba from the Canary Islands in 1865. In 1963, following the confiscation of their farms in Cuba, they started over again in Nicaragua and later, Honduras. By 2015, the Plasencias became the largest tobacco producers in the world, producing cigars for over 30 brands in their Honduran and Nicaraguan factories. It wasn’t until 2017 the Plasencias launched their own brand, the Alma Fuerte. Now under the guidance of Nestor Plasencia, this family owned company continues to innovate with new shapes, irrigation techniques, and the production of certified organic tobacco.
