The Vitruvian is a modern renaissance of the Connecticut-wrapped cigar—refined, nuanced, and far more complex than tradition might suggest. Blended over four months by master blender Wiber Ventura at Tabacalera William Ventura in the Dominican Republic, this cigar redefines what a mild-to-medium Connecticut can be: smooth and approachable, yet layered with depth and character.  Georgetown Tobacco founder, David Berkebile, calls it one of the best Connecticut’s he has ever had.

At its foundation is a Grade A Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper grown by ASP (same farms as Davidoff wrappers are grown), prized for its silky texture and subtle sweetness. Beneath it lies an Ecuadorian Sumatran binder, supporting a carefully composed filler blend of Nicaraguan Jalapa, Criollo ’98 (various primings), Corojo, Connecticut wrapper, and Ecuadorian Corojo tobaccos. The goal was balance—harmonizing sweetness and earth—and the result is a cigar that delivers complexity without overpowering strength.
