“…don’t you cry, I’ll be back again some day!” – All Saints Cigars

Surrounded by some of the country’s best universities, Georgetown Tobacco has been fortunate to have many bright students and grads join our team.  These young adults often move on to start their careers in their chosen fields, but for a select few, the experience of working at Georgetown Tobacco creates a lifelong love of the industry that alters their career path forever.

Today, we highlight All Saints Cigars and their co-founder, Micky Pegg.  As a Georgetown Tobacco alum, Micky’s passion and years of experience in the industry has culminated in creating his own highly-rated brand, and we couldn’t be more excited for him. To see him return to the store as a brand owner and master blender, it’s like Frosty’s promise made in that famous refrain coming true.

Micky was first introduced to Georgetown Tobacco while a student at Catholic University. While interning on the Hill, he was often chosen to go on a “cigar run” for the Senator, and after a number of trips to the store soon joined our staff. It was an exciting time in our industry, and Micky caught the bug.

Micky left Georgetown Tobacco to join Davidoff of Geneva as an Area Sales Manager, expanding both his retail knowledge by getting to know other store’s operations as well as the manufacturing side of the business from Davidoff legend Henke Kelner. Through time with Felipe Gregorio and ultimately as VP of Sales for CAO, Micky was fortunate to work with and learn from some of the best in the industry.

Ever the student, Micky completed his Master’s Degree at the University of Pennsylvania, and for a time spent several years in the finance sector. But cigars were always calling to him and with the support of friends and co-founders Martin Corboy and Frank Layo, successfully launched All Saints Cigars in 2020 to high acclaim.

All Saints Cigars’ first line, the Dedicación, honors Micky’s mentors including our own David Berkebile with the “Berkey.” Expanding now to include the St. Francis as well as optional Colorado and Habano wrappers, the All Saints Cigars lineup is expertly crafted to meet the high expectations of today’s aficionados.

Made in Rocky Patel’s TAVICUSA factory in Nicaragua, each cigar is a reflection of Micky’s dedication and commitment to quality. From blend to construction, from branding to packaging, you can see the application of Micky’s years of knowledge coming to life in his own brand.
